Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the architectural design, development, and optimization of the humanoid robot operating system, including the system kernel, device drivers, file systems, and more.
2. Responsible for the development of the robot’s perception, decision-making, and motion control modules;
3. Responsible for the integration and debugging of the robot operating system, ensuring system stability and reliability, and collaborating with hardware engineers to conduct functional testing of new products.
4. Responsible for writing, testing, and maintaining code to ensure code quality, and for preparing detailed technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and other relevant materials.
5. Resolve technical issues arising during prototype development and mass production, and regularly summarize new challenges, achievements, and emerging technologies encountered in the course of work, sharing this knowledge through internal training sessions or cross‑departmental communication.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher; relevant majors include Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering, and others.
2. Programming Skills: Proficient in programming languages such as C++ and Python, with extensive coding experience.
3. Robotics Frameworks: Familiar with robotics development frameworks such as ROS and ROS 2, capable of developing and debugging robotic systems.
4. Algorithms and Optimization: Proficient in robot motion planning, path planning, SLAM, and other algorithms; possesses algorithm optimization skills and is capable of optimizing code performance.
5. Candidates should have 2–3 years or more of relevant work experience; preference will be given to those with experience in humanoid robot research and development, commissioning, maintenance, and programming.
6. Possesses strong stress tolerance, remains composed under project‑related pressure, and ensures the smooth execution of mechanical tasks.
7. Possesses a strong sense of responsibility and professional dedication, and is accountable for the quality of work related to mechanical systems.
