Industrial Robot Electrical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the design and development of industrial robot electrical systems, including electrical schematic design, component selection, and control system design.
2. Develop and implement industrial robot control programs, including PLC programming and robot motion control software development, among others.
3. Participate in the system integration of industrial robots, responsible for the installation, commissioning, and testing of electrical systems;
4. Prepare technical documentation, including electrical design specifications, circuit design specifications, control program development, and cable routing diagrams;
5. During the R&D process, continuously optimize the robot’s electrical performance to enhance product quality and competitiveness.
6. Provide technical support to departments such as production, sales, and after-sales service.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field;
2. Possess 2–3 years or more of relevant work experience; prior experience in industrial robot R&D and programming is preferred.
3. Thoroughly understand electrical principles and wiring, master skills such as PLC programming and robot programming, and be familiar with common communication protocols; proficient in using electrical design software, including EPLAN, AutoCAD, and others.
4. Possesses strong stress tolerance, remains composed under project‑related pressure, and ensures the smooth execution of mechanical tasks.
5. Possesses a strong sense of responsibility and professional dedication, and is accountable for the quality of mechanical work.
