Industrial Robot Software Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the design, development, debugging, optimization, and maintenance of industrial robot control software and host‑computer software.
2. Responsible for the development and optimization of core algorithms, including robot motion control, path planning, and visual processing.
3. Participate in the integration of robotic systems to ensure seamless collaboration among software modules and hardware components.
4. In accordance with company requirements, develop the overall software development plan and a detailed task breakdown schedule.
5. Responsible for preparing technical documentation, design documents, code documentation, and other related materials, ensuring their completeness and adherence to established standards.
6. Safeguard the company’s core interests, submit work reports on time, and complete other tasks assigned by company leadership.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering, materials engineering, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
2. Candidates should have 2–3 years or more of relevant work experience; preference will be given to those with project experience in robot software development, control system development, industrial automation software development, and related fields.
3. Programming Languages: Proficient in C/C++ and Python, with familiarity in development environments such as Visual Studio and Qt.
4. Development Tools and Environment: Familiarity with the Linux operating system; proficiency in developing with ROS (Robot Operating System) or a similar platform.
5. Algorithms and Data Structures: Master common data structures and algorithms, and gain an understanding of robot‑related technologies such as motion planning and multi‑robot scheduling algorithms.
6. Communication Protocols: Proficient in industrial communication protocols such as EtherCAT, CANopen, and MODBUS.
