Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the conceptual design of core equipment such as tightening, press-fitting, adhesive application, and testing systems; based on product requirements and process flows, applying mechanical design principles to draft preliminary equipment layout sketches and functional module diagrams, and defining the overall system architecture and selection criteria for key components.
2. Conduct in-depth detailed design of the equipment, utilizing professional mechanical design software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) to accurately generate three-dimensional models and two-dimensional engineering drawings.
3. Regularly conduct performance assessments of existing tightening, press-fitting, adhesive‑application, and testing equipment, collecting relevant operational data such as tightening torque accuracy, press‑fitting pressure stability, adhesive‑application trajectory precision, and test‑result accuracy.
4. Collaborate closely with machining manufacturers, the assembly workshop, and other relevant departments to coordinate the machining of machine tool components and the assembly of prototype units.
5. Ensure that the machining accuracy of components meets the design requirements; develop a prototype testing plan, including precision testing, performance testing, and reliability testing, among other aspects.
6. Prepare the machine tool’s R&D documentation, including the design specification, component drawings, test reports, and other relevant materials. The design specification should provide a detailed account of the machine tool’s design rationale, key technical parameters, and other pertinent information, serving as a basis for subsequent product upgrades and maintenance.
7. Organize and archive documentation throughout the R&D process, establishing a comprehensive document management system to facilitate access for team members and enable root-cause analysis when product issues arise.
8. Safeguard the company’s core interests, submit work reports on time, and complete other tasks assigned by company management.
Qualifications:
1. Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical design, manufacturing, or non-standard automation projects; prior experience successfully delivering the mechanical components of multiple non-standard automation projects is a strong plus.
2. Proficient in mainstream mechanical design software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.), with strong capabilities in 3D modeling and simulation analysis.
3. Familiar with various machining and assembly processes, capable of developing rational manufacturing process routes;
4. Possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
5. Possesses strong problem-solving skills and is capable of quickly analyzing and resolving a wide range of mechanical technical issues.
6. Possesses strong stress tolerance, remains calm under project‑related pressure, and ensures the smooth execution of mechanical tasks.
7. Possesses a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, and is accountable for the quality of work related to mechanical systems.
