Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall structural design of the humanoid robot;
2. Responsible for researching, selecting, and implementing key components, such as motors, gear reducers, and sensors.
3. Participate in the structural testing and validation of product prototypes, conduct performance, functional, and reliability tests on the prototypes, collect test data, and analyze the test results.
4. Safeguard the company’s core interests, submit work reports on time, and complete other tasks assigned by company management.
Job Requirements:
1. Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; 1–3+ years of relevant work experience, with preference given to candidates who have independently completed robot structural design projects.
2. Design Software: Proficient in 3D design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Pro/E, capable of performing 3D modeling of robotic structures and generating engineering drawings.
3. Simulation Analysis: Proficient in simulation techniques such as finite element analysis, capable of performing simulation-based structural analyses of robots to evaluate their mechanical performance under various operating conditions—such as strength, stiffness, and fatigue life—and conducting strength verification.
4. Component Selection: Familiar with the material properties, manufacturing processes, and relevant industry standards of mechanical components, capable of conducting research, selecting, and specifying critical components such as motors, gear reducers, and sensors.
5. Possesses strong stress tolerance, remains calm under project‑related pressure, and ensures the smooth execution of mechanical tasks.
6. Possesses a strong sense of responsibility and professional dedication, and is accountable for the quality of mechanical work.
