R&D Engineer

1. Develop personal work objectives and a plan based on the tasks assigned by the R&D department, and implement them after obtaining approval from your supervisor.

2. In accordance with the company’s project plan, complete the detailed design, review, drafting, and final output of the engineering project, including the final detailed bill of materials, assembly drawings, and manufacturing drawings.

3. In accordance with the new product development plan, carry out the design, prototyping, and performance testing of new products.

4. Based on the company’s overall plan and production requirements, select new products with high feasibility as development targets and submit a proposal for project initiation.

5. Prepare the Feasibility Report, complete the New Technology Development Form, and submit them to the new‑product project leader for review. In conjunction with the company’s equipment and process design for the new product, identify key priorities and technical challenges, and establish the inspection criteria, methods, and procedures for the new product.

6. Conduct experiments to address challenging aspects of new product processes, establish and iteratively refine detailed testing procedures, propose solutions for manufacturing aids, tooling, and fixtures, compile a list of required equipment and instruments, and identify the raw materials needed for the project while qualifying suppliers.

7. Responsible for tracking early-stage production, providing guidance and oversight throughout the entire manufacturing process, and promptly resolving any issues that arise during production.

8. Upon full product maturity, transfer the complete set of process documentation, provide guidance and support to production‑line personnel, and furnish the marketing department with relevant information on manufacturing capacity and pricing.

9. Focuses on the design, development, and innovation of machine tool products. By conducting in-depth research into machine tool principles, mechanical structures, electrical control systems, and machining processes, and by aligning these efforts with market demands and industry technology trends, the company is committed to designing machine tools that deliver high precision, superior performance, robust reliability, and strong competitiveness.

10. Responsible for the standardized design, review, and drafting of production-line equipment, as well as cost-reduction and efficiency-improvement initiatives; develop and maintain a company‑wide library of mechanical and electrical component selection standards.

11. Assist the Project Management Department in preparing technical specifications for purchased equipment and services, review project‑related external drawings, and issue review comments and requirements.

12. In accordance with the technical agreement requirements of the engineering project, responsible for archiving and preserving the mechanical and electrical documentation required for final project acceptance, and submitting it to the Project Management Department.

13. Provide technical support and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration with the company’s Manufacturing Department; participate in change reviews and implement drawing revisions and archiving.

14. Responsible for updating and maintaining technical documentation.

15. Participate in regional after-sales service and address customer inquiries regarding product issues.

16. Develop an equipment R&D technical team for the company and provide the project management department with high‑caliber, technically proficient managers.

17. Complete other tasks assigned by management.
