R&D Supply Chain Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify and onboard high-quality suppliers that meet the company’s needs.
2. Establish close collaborative relationships with suppliers and jointly conduct research and development activities.
3. Participate in technology selection and solution evaluation for R&D projects, provide expert advice from a cost‑effectiveness perspective, and ensure that R&D projects remain within budget.
Summarize and evaluate the supply chain management process.
4. Identify and assess potential risks in the supply chain, such as disruptions in raw material supply, supplier insolvency, and logistics delays, and develop corresponding risk‑management strategies. Establish a risk‑early‑warning system to promptly detect and address supply‑chain risks, ensuring the stable operation of the supply chain.
Safeguard the company’s core interests, submit work reports on time, and complete other tasks assigned by company management.

Job Requirements:

1. Familiar with all operational processes in the supply chain and possesses professional supply chain management knowledge and skills.
2. Possesses strong analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to understand business practices and negotiation techniques.
3. Possesses a C1 or higher driver’s license and is familiar with the relevant processes across all stages of supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
4. Possesses more than one year of supply chain management experience and is well-versed in the procurement sourcing, product selection, and production processes for key robotic components, machined parts, electrical components, and other material categories, as well as industry-specific insights.
5. Embraces the company’s corporate culture and demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility; hardworking, resilient, and down-to-earth.
