Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development, debugging, and testing of motion control algorithms for humanoid robots.
2. Assist in product planning and design, provide design input for mechanical, electronic, and other hardware components, and develop software programs for robot-related testing and production.
3. Responsible for the research and development of motion control algorithms for humanoid robots, including humanoid robot modeling, collaborative planning and control, and behavioral decision-making.
4. Resolve technical issues arising during prototype development and mass production, and regularly summarize new challenges, achievements, and emerging technologies encountered in the course of work, sharing this knowledge through internal training sessions or cross‑departmental communication.
Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree or higher in robotics, artificial intelligence, automation, control engineering, control theory, or related fields.
2. Possesses a solid foundation in numerical analysis, matrix analysis, multibody dynamics, and control theory, and is proficient in multibody dynamics modeling and contact‑constraint modeling.
3. Familiar with parameter identification and full‑system identification methods, with a solid understanding of algorithms such as WBC, legged‑robot MPC, and state estimation, and capable of conducting simulation‑based verification.
4. Familiar with the fields of robot motion planning and control, with a solid theoretical foundation in trajectory optimization, including methods such as CHOMP, TrajOpt, STOMP, and NMPC.
5. Familiar with common path-planning algorithms (such as RRT, PRM, and A*) and their variants.
6. Familiar with robot development frameworks such as ROS, OMPL, MoveIt, Drake, and OCS2.
7. Familiar with multi-sensor fusion localization algorithms
