Assembly Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Based on assembly drawings and process documentation, complete the assembly of industrial robots or automated equipment.
2. Inspect parts and finished products during the assembly process to ensure compliance with quality standards;
3. Resolve technical issues arising during the assembly process and assist the design department in optimizing assembly processes and workflows.
4. Organize and archive technical documents and records generated during the assembly process;
6. Prepare assembly process documentation and operation manuals.

Job Requirements:

1. Associate’s degree or higher in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;
2. Familiar with mechanical principles, assembly processes and quality requirements, part drawings, assembly drawings, and national standards for hardware materials; capable of interpreting mechanical assembly drawings and electrical schematics.
3. Proficient in using assembly tools (such as hand tools, lathes, milling machines, etc.), and familiar with 3D modeling software (such as SolidWorks, UG, CAD, etc.) and 2D drafting.
4. Able to independently perform equipment assembly, commissioning, and testing, with the capability to resolve abnormalities encountered during the assembly process.
5. Typically requires 1–3+ years of relevant assembly experience; candidates with experience in industrial robot assembly are preferred.
6. Possesses strong stress tolerance, remains calm under project‑related pressure, and ensures the smooth execution of mechanical tasks.
7. Possesses a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, and is accountable for the quality of work related to mechanical systems.
