　　Because the production process requires multi‑person collaboration and involves repeated handling and flipping, productivity is low and part-to‑part consistency is poor. Spot welding generates significant spatter, resulting in a harsh working environment. Workers perform repetitive, mechanized operations that lead to substantial motion waste and high labor intensity, while numerous inefficiencies and losses drive up production costs. Against this backdrop, leveraging industrial robotics, our company has designed a multi‑station automated spot‑welding line that integrates material loading/unloading with spot‑welding processing, thereby transforming the conventional production model.

　　Product Overview: The spot‑welding robot performs spot‑welding operations according to the motions, sequence, and parameters specified in the teach‑in program. Depending on the welding process, it can be configured as a standalone workstation or integrated into an automated production line.
