　　 Eddy Current Cleaning

　　The workpiece is immersed in the surge‑cleaning tank with its end face facing downward, initiating a surge‑cleaning process for the cylinder head. The cleaning fluid entering the surge tank is subjected to turbulent flow generated by high‑velocity nozzles, while a robot drives the workpiece through reciprocating oscillations and vertical movements within the tank, ensuring that all chips trapped in the water jacket are flushed out by the turbulent flow created by the workpiece’s motion and the nozzles.

　　 Positioning and Cleaning

　　The computer scans each workpiece and fabricates nozzles tailored to the hole patterns of each part. During the cleaning process, the robot’s positioning is precisely controlled to ensure that every hole is thoroughly cleaned. The hole‑pattern cleaning nozzles are linear, while the surface‑cleaning nozzles are fan‑shaped.

　　 Rinsing

　　After the workpiece has been cleaned, the solenoid valve switches to divert flow to the rinsing line, ensuring unobstructed passage; the workpiece is then rinsed with rinsing solution. Nozzles on the spray box are aligned with the workpiece for rinsing, with linear nozzles used for hole patterns and fan‑shaped nozzles for surface treatment.
