　　Moses Intelligent Industry Co., Ltd. was invited to attend the technical exchange conference hosted by Wuhu EcoTech Powertrain Co., Ltd., where it showcased its latest achievements across three key areas: powertrain assembly lines, AI‑enabled machine tools, and embodied robotics.

　　Moses Intelligent has been deeply engaged in powertrain assembly for 10 years and is a nationally recognized “Little Giant” enterprise specializing in niche, specialized, and innovative fields. It serves more than 20 automakers, including Changan, FAW, Geely, BYD, and Seres.

　　Adhering to the product philosophy of “coming from the production line and returning to it,” Moses has gained deep insights into four major pain points—relying on experience for tightening and parameter adjustment, lengthy changeover times for adhesive application, slow root-cause analysis in inspection, and inefficient investment in dedicated machines. 　　The powertrain assembly line encompasses engine, transmission, and new‑energy electric‑drive and electronic‑control assembly lines. 　　The Cybertron series of wheeled dual-arm robots is built on the “one robot, multiple tasks” concept. Each arm can handle a 6 kg payload and is equipped with binocular RGB‑D vision and a six‑axis force sensor, enabling deployment without any modifications to the workstation. Developed based on production‑line expertise, the series offers two key process solutions—new‑energy electric‑drive tightening and adhesive‑application inspection—enabling autonomous tightening adaptation and automatic generation of adhesive‑application paths. The humanoid‑footed robot supports 24/7 operation and is well suited for applications such as precision assembly, wire‑harness insertion and removal, and visual inspection.

　　Moses’ “machine tool + robot” integrated solution builds on MES by layering in “process intelligence”—with AI‑enabled machine tools serving as the decision‑making “brain” and embodied robots acting as the execution “hands and feet,” creating a closed loop that spans perception, decision‑making, and execution, thereby directly addressing the core pain points of the production line.
