Recently, the battery workshop at Changan Automobile’s engine plant in Yuzui Town, Jiangbei District, Chongqing, announced that the first-phase electric‑control production line is about to pass the LS milestone and will officially enter mass production. This milestone‑reaching electric‑control production line was undertaken and delivered by Moses.

　　Changan Automobile boasts robust manufacturing capabilities, with a product portfolio that spans the entire passenger‑car and commercial‑vehicle segments, and holds a leading position in the new‑energy vehicle sector. The electric‑control‑system production line project jointly developed by Moses and Changan will supply components for Changan’s new‑energy vehicles. This state‑of‑the‑art line integrates assembly and testing zones, an IGBT assembly area, and a cover‑plate adhesive‑application station, featuring error‑proofing, ergonomic design, automated tightening, automated testing, and AI‑driven material handling. With a planned annual capacity of 100,000 units and an hourly throughput of 25 vehicles, the facility is designed to meet the highest standards of efficiency and quality.
