MES
It manages workshop production execution and provides core functionalities such as production planning, scheduling, process management, quality control, on-site data collection, SPC statistical analysis, and equipment management. It is a production information management system designed for the shop-floor execution level of manufacturing enterprises. MES offers a comprehensive suite of modules, including manufacturing data management, planning and scheduling, production dispatching, inventory management, quality management, human resources management, work‑center and equipment management, tooling and fixture management, procurement management, cost management, project kanban management, production process control, low‑level data integration and analysis, and high‑level data aggregation and decomposition, thereby establishing a robust, reliable, holistic, and practical platform for collaborative manufacturing management. The MES system is a production information management solution tailored to the shop‑floor execution layer of manufacturing enterprises. Situated between the planning layer and the shop‑floor automation systems, it primarily handles workshop production management and scheduling execution. By emphasizing end‑to‑end optimization of manufacturing processes, MES helps enterprises implement closed‑loop production and supports the establishment of an integrated, real‑time ERP/MES/SFC information ecosystem, creating a solid, dependable, comprehensive, and viable platform for collaborative manufacturing management.
Arc welding
Stabilizing and improving weld quality to ensure its uniformity. When the base material and filler material are specified, welding parameters in arc welding—such as welding current, arc voltage, welding speed, and wire extension length—play a decisive role in determining the weld outcome.
Spot welding
The operating principle of spot welding is based on the thermal effect of electric current. During spot welding, the two workpieces are first clamped between upper and lower electrodes under the action of the welding clamp or the welding gun’s pneumatic cylinder. A welding current—typically ranging from several thousand to tens of thousands of amperes—is then passed through the joint. According to Joule’s law, Q = 0.24I²Rt, the metal at the weld interface melts; once the required welding temperature is reached, the current is interrupted. Under the pressure exerted by the electrodes, the molten metal cools and solidifies, forming a weld nugget.
Logistics and warehousing
An automated high-bay warehouse system is a facility that automatically stores and retrieves goods, representing a new type of warehousing infrastructure that has emerged in recent years to meet the demands of economic development.
