   MES Manufacturing Execution System

Moses’ self-developed MES system serves as the central hub linking the planning and execution layers. It interfaces upward with ERP/MRP planning systems and downward with equipment PLCs and edge computing nodes, enabling end-to-end digital control across the entire process—from order placement to finished‑goods warehousing.

   Core Competencies:

  • Intelligent Work Order Scheduling: Supports mixed-line production scheduling and flexible switching among multiple product varieties in small batches, catering to complex manufacturing scenarios such as automotive components and new-energy electric drive systems.

  • Process Control: Real-time monitoring of key process parameters for tightening, press-fitting, adhesive application, and testing; automatic line-stop alerts for anomalies; and online traceability of first-pass yield.

  • Equipment Data Acquisition: Collects equipment data across the entire production line via edge computing gateways, supporting OEE analysis, energy consumption monitoring, and predictive maintenance.

  • Quality Closed-Loop Management: From incoming material inspection to factory‑outgoing testing, quality data is traceable across the entire process, supporting forward tracking and backward traceability.

•SOP Digitalization Guidance: Supports multi-modal task instructions combining text, images, voice, and AR, reducing reliance on manual operations.

It has been extensively deployed across multiple production line projects, including those at Changan Automobile and SAIC Electric Drive, achieving a production line digitalization rate of ≥95% and 100% traceability coverage.

   WMS Warehouse Management System

A warehouse management system for smart factories enables end-to-end digital management of material flows—from inbound receipt and storage to distribution and delivery of finished products—while seamlessly integrating with the MES to ensure that “the right materials arrive at the right location at the right time.”

   Core Competencies:

  • Intelligent inbound management: Supports multi‑mode barcode/RFID scanning for goods receipt, integrates with supplier systems, and enables automatic material registration and automated quality‑inspection triggering.

  • Intelligent storage location allocation: Automatically recommends the optimal storage location based on material attributes, turnover frequency, and process routing, thereby improving warehouse space utilization.

  • AGV Collaborative Scheduling: Deeply integrated with AGV/AMR systems, it supports automated material delivery triggered by the production takt time, enabling unmanned replenishment at line-side storage areas.

  • FIFO Control: Strictly adheres to the FIFO principle, supports batch management and expiration‑date alerts, and prevents material waste due to expiration.

  • Real-time inventory visualization: Supports real-time inventory dashboards across multiple warehouses and storage areas, integrated with procurement and production planning to reduce inventory overstock.

  • End-to-end traceability: Every inbound and outbound transaction is logged, ensuring a complete and auditable record of material movement.

  • Deeply integrated with the Moses smart production line MES, it has already achieved a 40% improvement in warehouse turnover efficiency and reduced on-line material shortage rates to below 0.5% across multiple electric drive production line projects.
