Stator assembly line

　　The stator assembly line achieves full-process automation of stator forming, encompassing core operations such as automatic unwinding, 3D stamping, flattening and straightening, stator shaping, coating and paint dispensing, and terminal welding. Automatic unwinding and automated wire feeding/unloading ensure continuous, automated material supply; 3D stamping and flattening/straightening guarantee dimensional accuracy of the stator core; coating and paint dispensing employ an inclined‑drop coating process combined with automatic weighing to precisely control the amount of insulating varnish applied; and terminal welding utilizes automated welding and trimming to ensure consistent weld quality. Each operation is fed by robots, enabling fully automated production throughout the stator‑forming process.
