Hybrid Intelligent Assembly Line

Category: Engines and General Industry

The hybrid‑intelligent assembly line is designed to meet the assembly requirements of hybrid powertrains, integrating a range‑extender sub‑assembly line and hydraulic torque converter assembly stations to enable intelligent co‑assembly of the engine and electric drive system.

The hybrid‑intelligent assembly line is designed to meet the assembly requirements of hybrid powertrains, integrating a range‑extender sub‑assembly line and hydraulic torque converter assembly stations to enable intelligent integration of the engine and electric drive system. The production line comprises key sections such as the interior‑assembly line, exterior‑assembly line, testing line, and cylinder‑head line, and employs fieldbus control to centrally manage line operations and inter‑station communication via distributed I/O. A shop‑floor information monitoring system, implemented using Ethernet and other technologies, supports functions including data acquisition, production scheduling, workstation monitoring, and assembly guidance. Assembly and inspection processes cover the entire workflow—press‑fitting, tightening, leak testing, adhesive application, and quality inspection—and are supported by conveyor systems, pallets, and an MES, enabling digital management of hybrid powertrain assembly.

   Core Process Flow
