Electric Drive Controller Assembly Line
The electrical control line features a flexible design and leverages RFID for data transmission and information binding. As one of the core components of new‑energy vehicle “three electric” systems, data collection and quality management during assembly are key considerations throughout the entire production line. The assembly line encompasses critical processes such as tightening, press‑fitting, welding, adhesive application, and conformal coating, all of which can be automated to ensure quality control and traceability, thereby effectively maintaining high assembly pass rates. In addition, the line employs interchangeable tooling and fixtures to accommodate different product variants.

Engine assembly
The automotive engine assembly line primarily comprises the final‑assembly line, sub‑assembly lines, workstation fixtures, and in‑line tools. On both the final‑assembly and sub‑assembly lines, flexible conveyor systems are used to transport workpieces, and automated assembly equipment is integrated to enhance productivity. The key automated devices on the assembly line include automatic marking machines, torque‑tightening machines, adhesive‑applying machines, leak‑testing machines, automatic flip‑over units, and other specialized assembly equipment, all of which significantly boost the line’s overall assembly capacity.
New Energy Module Assembly Line
The new‑energy battery module production and assembly line has achieved automation, digitalization, and standardization of the PACK battery‑module assembly process: from cell feeding to PACK line‑up, it makes maximum use of automated, intelligent manufacturing while carefully accounting for and reserving space and interfaces for future upgrades. Throughout all operations, data can be seamlessly imported into the MES system via data‑transfer interfaces, enabling management of material parameters and manufacturing data, with quality information promptly stored and readily traceable at any time.
PACK assembly line
As a critical step in the production, design, and application of new‑energy lithium‑ion power battery systems, PACK serves as the core link connecting upstream cell manufacturing with downstream vehicle integration. Meanwhile, PACK production lines have long faced significant challenges, including high levels of customization, high line‑wide cycle rates, and stringent requirements for safety and stability.
Construction machinery assembly line
In engineering projects, the application of mechanical automation technologies can significantly enhance production quality and processing efficiency, while also generating substantial economic benefits. In recent years, China’s construction machinery automation industry has experienced rapid growth, accompanied by an increasing adoption of mechanical automation technologies.
