Controller Assembly and Testing Line

　　The controller assembly and testing line integrates the main‑line assembly, functional testing, and module‑level lines into a single system, enabling fully automated production from module assembly to finished‑product release. The main‑line section performs assembly operations such as power‑supply bolt tightening, cover‑plate adhesive application, and automated welding. The testing section is equipped with multiple inspection methods, including leak testing, EOL testing, and in‑line testing; EOL testing supports automatic mating and data traceability, while offline testing accommodates multi‑channel testing, high‑temperature load testing, and aging tests. All process steps on the line can be imported into the MES system via data‑transfer interfaces, enabling unified management of logistics parameters and manufacturing data, as well as timely storage and on‑demand traceability of quality information.
